The Peggy Greer Posey 2025 Scholarship Recipients Announcement!!!
Hello Everyone!! Thank you again for supporting The Peggy Greer Posey Scholarship. It has been an honor to have launched this, not knowing what the outcome would be. My heart is filled with joy to see how many applicants, donations, shares, likes, and reviews. Thank you. I know my Mother Peggy is smiling down and saying “Job well done”. This one’s for you Ma, WE DID IT and will KEEP DOING IT!!
We are thrilled to announce the recipients(2) of the Peggy Greer Posey Scholarship for the year 2025! Each recipient will receive a monetary reward in the amount of $500.
This scholarship recognizes the outstanding achievement in perseverance, education, and personal growth. After a highly competitive selection process, we are proud to announce and congratulate:
Madison Lusk

“I want to be someone patients can trust- whether that’s childbirth, navigating reproductive health, simply being heard in a healthcare system where women are often overlooked.”
Madison Lusk
Recipient is a sophomore in college and attending the University of North Texas. She has goals of becoming a software engineer or a hardware engineer. Madison stated “These two jobs would help me create future technology to help those in need and to figure out how to make technology more user friendly”. We are confident that Madison will make an impact her academic and professional journey.
Ashea Lucero
Recipient is a recent 2025 High School Graduate that graduated from Monache High School. She has goals of becoming a women’s health nurse practitioner (OB/GYN NP). Ashea stated “I want to be someone patients can trust- whether that’s childbirth, navigating reproductive health, simply being heard in a healthcare system where women are often overlooked”. We are confident that Ashea will make an impact her academic and professional journey.
